Business Unit Overview: Digital Workplace Experience (ITSDX)
The Digital Workplace Experience unit encompasses the suite of end-user computing products for WBG’s global workforce of ~30,000 users. Additionally, the team designs, delivers, maintains, and provides advisory services for AV/VC systems, and supports special events. Products and services include corporate PCs, printers, and mobile devices; AV/VC ecosystems; high-profile event support (Annual and Spring Meetings, etc.).

Duties and Accountabilities
Role Overview
The Infrastructure Engineer Analyst plays a critical role in supporting AV/VC operations, logistics coordination, and cyclical small room replenishment activities across Headquarters (HQ) and Country Offices (CO). The role is responsible for end-to-end logistics and asset management functions including equipment ordering, shipping, receiving, staging, inventory tracking, asset lifecycle coordination, disposal activities, and maintaining accurate records in ServiceNow to support operational continuity, compliance, and replenishment planning
AV/VC Infrastructure and Deployment Support
• Support the implementation and modernization of AV/VC infrastructure across conference centers, meeting rooms, event spaces, and smart workplace environments.
• Assist technical teams during deployment, installation, upgrades, testing, commissioning, and replenishment activities.
• Support Digital Signage and collaboration platform deployments including room technologies, displays, audio systems, and control systems.
• Collaborate with ITS teams, Facilities, Procurement, vendors, and integrators to support successful project execution.
• Provide logistical and operational support during project implementation phases.
Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination
• Manage logistics coordination activities including equipment ordering, receiving, storage, staging, and distribution.
• Coordinate shipment of AV/VC and Digital Signage equipment to Headquarters and Country Offices.
• Track equipment orders, shipment status, and delivery schedules to ensure timely deployment readiness.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, monitor deliveries, and support procurement compliance requirements.
• Support equipment disposal and lifecycle management processes in alignment with organizational policies.
Inventory and Asset Management
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking records for AV/VC and Digital Signage equipment.
• Ensure proper organization, storage, tagging, documentation, and accessibility of equipment and assets.
• Perform periodic inventory audits, reconciliation activities, and reporting.
• Support asset lifecycle tracking, replenishment planning, and deployment readiness activities.
Receiving, Validation, and Operational Support
• Receive and inspect equipment deliveries to validate accuracy against purchase orders and technical requirements.
• Validate condition and functionality of equipment upon receipt and coordinate issue resolution for discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Prepare, package, and stage equipment for deployment across facilities and Country Offices.
• Support internal moves, shipment preparation, and operational logistics activities.
Key Deliverables
• Accurate and up-to-date inventory and asset management records.
• Timely logistics coordination and procurement support activities.
• Efficient receiving, validation, staging, and storage of AV/VC and Digital Signage equipment.
• Reliable deployment and shipment support for Headquarters and Country Offices.
• Consistent operational and logistical support for AV/VC modernization projects and Digital Signage initiatives.
Selection Criteria
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, logistics coordination, inventory management, and project execution methodologies.
• Knowledge of AV/VC infrastructure, Digital Signage, logistics operations, inventory management, and procurement support.
