Unit Context:
Under the Ethics Advice & Early Interventions Department, the Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Unit (AHAD) addresses reports of harassment, sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse and discrimination based on race and other identity characteristics and provides guidance to management on preventing and addressing such behaviors. AHAD is seeking to recruit a Program Analyst to conduct data analysis and support case management, who will report to the Manager, AHAD.
Duties and accountabilities:
•Perform statistical and qualitative analysis and compilation of data by retrieving information from the Case Management System (CMS) for weekly, monthly, and annual reports as well as ad hoc reporting and queries. Create customized reports including visual charts, graphs, and analytical data for insertion into reports, including to monitor AHAD KPIs.
•Conduct confidentiality-sensitive analysis of discrimination-claim data (AHAD/CMS and relevant HR context where appropriate) to identify trends, recurring allegation patterns, and potential systemic issues, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
•Serve as back up to receive requests for consultations and/or allegations of harassment, sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse or discrimination based on race or other identity characteristics; liaise with the EIJ Navigator and clients; establish priorities and coordinate the assignment of cases.
•Administer the CMS by inputting, maintaining, and updating information for cases received.
•Prepares written summaries of consultations, identifying the different categories of issues, parties and other relevant information, as needed.
•Assist in adapting, updating and distributing outreach and information material relevant to the AHAD work program.
Selection Criteria
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in statistics, econometrics or data science (or equivalent experience) is an advantage.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing HR/workforce and case data to support the assessment of claims of individual and systemic discrimination is desirable.
•Ability to analyze and present discrimination-claim and case data (e.g., trends, demographic metrics, recurring patterns) using AI, Excel, Power BI and other tools, and translate results into clear, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated judgment in working with sensitive case and HR-related data, including aggregation/suppression practices and strict confidentiality protocols.
•Advanced experience using CMS for case tracking and analysis (queries, data quality checks, and recurring/ad hoc analytic reporting).
• Sound organizational skills and ability to prioritize and deliver assignments in a timely manner, with minimal supervision and if needed under time pressure.
•Fully proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools, and in using information databases, internet/intranet services and library sources.
