NRC implements Shelter and Settlement activities in Ukraine to assist people affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis. The Shelter & Settlement Technical Assistant supports field implementation of shelter rehabilitation, emergency repairs - related activities in Sumska and Kharkiv Oblasts.
Working under the supervision of the Shelter/ Settlement Project Coordinator, the position assists with community engagement, beneficiary support, field assessments, and daily project implementation in line with NRC procedures and humanitarian standards.

Under the supervision of the Shelter/ Settlement Project Coordinator, the Shelter/ Settlement Technical Assistant is expected to support the day-to-day implementation of Shelter activities in urban and rural settings (including Shelter first-line response, water supply, sanitation, hygiene, energy-related construction and infrastructure support).
