Impact Ops provides operational support to high-impact nonprofits, many of them working on AI safety, alignment, and governance. This senior, remote-first role focuses on building recruitment processes and talent pipelines for AI safety and governance organisations - managing client relationships, designing evidence-driven hiring processes, and leading targeted outreach.
- Location: Remote, with a preference for North America based candidates, provided there is sufficient overlap with European timezones.
- Salary: £55,000–£75,000
