Subject: Secondment of National Experts (SNE) – Extension of application deadline

Dear Counsellor,

Further to our letter of 31 March 2026 concerning the establishment of a reserve list of national experts available for secondment to the SESAR 3 Joint Undertaking (SESAR 3 JU) for a position in the field of "Technology & Master Planning", the SESAR 3 JU wishes to inform you that the initial application deadline of 29 May 2026 has been extended until 30 September 2026.

The purpose and conditions of the secondment procedure remain unchanged. The SESAR 3 JU continues to seek highly qualified staff to establish a reserve list of seconded national experts for the aforementioned position, which is expected to be established by the end of October 2026 and to remain valid for 24 months from its establishment.

Please find attached Annex I, which contains the updated secondment notice reflecting the extended application deadline and the new date scheduled for the selection interviews on 20 October 2026, to be circulated among the relevant air transport administrations.
