CONTEXTE ET OBJECTIF DE LA MISSION :

Sous la supervision générale du directeur de pays et de la Cheffe de la Supply Chain, et sous la supervision directe de l’assistante logistique - ODS, l’assistant.e logistique met en oeuvre des procédures et des activités normalisées d'appui logistique/d'approvisionnement de façon à pouvoir assurer efficacement la fourniture des biens et services, et ce pour toutes les modalités d'exécution.

PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):

  • Aider à la réalisation des opérations et des activités d'appui logistique en respectant les procédures standard et en facilitant, directement ou indirectement, la fourniture de l'assistance alimentaire aux bénéficiaires. 

  • Maintenir une relation continue et courtoise avec les partenaires humanitaires et les guider dans l’accès aux services logistiques offerts par le WFP en respectant les standards et procédures établis. 

  • Répondre aux demandes des partenaires et demandes d'aide en respectant les procédures standard et en cherchant conseil si nécessaire pour traiter rapidement et précisément toutes les demandes d'information avec un grand souci du service à la clientèle. 

  • S’assurer que les procédures sont strictement respectées avant toute provision de services. 

  • Traiter la documentation relative à l'exécution des opérations (SLA, SRF, PFI, FI), prendre les mesures nécessaires pour résoudre des problèmes opérationnels et faire remonter divers problèmes au ou à la responsable hiérarchique. 

  • Aider à la comptabilisation des opérations et de la préparation de rapport de performance. 

  • Appuyer les analyses de la filière d'approvisionnement opérationnelle. 

  • Procéder à un archivage systématique. 

  • Collecter des données et les regrouper, établir des rapports ou contribuer à leur établissement et veiller à l'exactitude des informations dans les systèmes internes, afin de faciliter la prise de décisions en connaissance de cause. 

  • Assurer la liaison avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour aider à gérer les opérations logistiques avec efficience. 

  • Exécuter toute autre tâche demandée par les superviseur.es.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE

Éducation : Achèvement des études secondaires. Un certificat d’études post-secondaires dans le domaine fonctionnel considéré est souhaitable.

Expérience :

  • Au moins quatre (4) années d’expérience pertinente dans la coordination d’activités logistiques ou de chaîne d’approvisionnement avec des partenaires et des contreparties gouvernementales.

  • Expérience des systèmes de suivi. 

  • Expérience de l'analyse des données et de l'établissement de rapports. 

  • Expérience de l'évaluation des résultats obtenus par les prestataires de services au regard des indicateurs de performance clés définis. 

  • Expérience de l'aide à l'établissement des documents contractuels. 

  • Expérience de la fourniture d'une assistance technique à l'utilisation des systèmes internes. 

LANGUES : Maîtrise du français (parlé et écrit). Anglais un atout.
