Operating within the country office structure, the role supports implementation by ensuring that goods, services, and works are sourced in line with NRC procedures, donor requirements, and local regulations.
The Procurement Technical Officer works at an implementation level, handling day-to-day procurement processes, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance, while also contributing to market analysis and supplier engagement.
The purpose of this position is to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of goods and services while ensuring the NRC value for money principles are followed to the latter.
