The primary responsibility of the physical therapist is to provide patient care within a community-based rehabilitation model while also supervising students. Daily activities include delivering direct patient care in the clinic or at patients' homes, traveling to remote villages, and collaborating with various community organizations to promote public health awareness. This role involves close collaboration with the Hillside Directors and Volunteer Physical Therapists regarding all aspects of service provision, as well as clinical and educational programs.
