About the position
The Ethics Unit is seeking an intern student
whose main objective will be to support the management of ethics training
programs. The role involves assisting with the preparation of reports and
statistics, as well as supporting the implementation of awareness initiatives
and other institutional activities of the Unit.
Main responsibilities
Support
the administration of ethics training programs, including enrolling new
participants and monitoring their completion.Collaborate
in the preparation of periodic reports and statistics on compliance and
progress of training programs and Unit activities.Assist
in organizing awareness initiatives, campaigns, and institutional activities
carried out by the Unit.Contribute
to the logistical management of workshops, meetings, and training sessions,
including coordination of schedules, resources, support services, travel, and
related administrative processes.Support
the documentation and filing of relevant information from the Unit’s training
programs and activities, ensuring it is up to date and accessible.Periodically
report on the progress of assigned activities to designated supervisors.Provide
general support for the Unit’s activities.
Education and Requirements
Recent
graduate in Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Law or related fields.Proficiency
in Microsoft Office.Intermediate
knowledge of Microsoft Excel (tables, charts, and data analysis).Fluency
in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is considered an advantage.

Terms of employment
This is a
nationally recruited position based in Nairobi, Kenya. The initial
contract will be for up to Six (6) Month, subject to a probation period according to local legislation, and is
renewable depending on the performance and availability of resources.
