The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative, communication, translation, coordination, and executive support while facilitating engagement with Afghan stakeholders, government agencies, development partners, healthcare institutions, and international organizations.

Essential Competencies & Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Dari and/or Pashto (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Hindi and/or Urdu will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and planning skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities with professional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks both personal and professional simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Willingness to undertake occational national/international travel with the executive as required.

Compensation

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month

Compensation shall be commensurate with qualifications, language proficiency, and relevant experience.
