The organization is implementing Meeting and Travel Services (MTS) to streamline meeting coordination, travel
arrangements, expense management, and compliance with applicable meeting and travel policies. Within this
framework, the MTS Business Support Team is responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day functioning of
the system, providing user support, and contributing to the continuous improvement of MTS processes.

Task description
The incumbent develops and maintains reports for the newly delivered WHO Meeting and Travel systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and automate reports using tools such as Cognos, Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define reporting requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across reporting systems.
Present findings in clear and actionable formats to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards and standardized reports.
Perform data analysis and data visualization.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing reports and reporting processes.
Document reporting processes, methodologies, and standards.
Train end-users on the use of reports and dashboards.
