About the job
The Microsoft Cloud & Endpoint Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of DRC’s Microsoft cloud services and endpoint management platform. The role plays a key part in ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT services for colleagues across DRC’s global operations.
Working closely with IT Operations, Security, Service Desk and IT Operations, and external partners, you will help deliver modern workplace services that support DRC’s humanitarian mission.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage endpoint lifecycle processes, including provisioning, configuration, deployment, and retirement of devices.
- Monitor and improve endpoint compliance, security baselines, and device health.
- Support identity and access management processes, including Conditional Access and device-based security controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud and endpoint-related incidents and problems.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
- Participate in projects related to Microsoft cloud services, endpoint modernization, and digital workplace improvements.
About you
To be successful in this role, you are a proactive and service-minded IT professional with strong technical expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies and endpoint management. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges, collaborating with colleagues across cultures, and continuously improving services and processes.
Moreover, we also expect the following:
Required
- Proven experience administering Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and endpoint security.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot, device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working within an IT Service Management environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Desirable
- Experience with Conditional Access, Zero Trust principles, and identity governance.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Experience working in international or NGO environments.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, or equivalent

The position is permanent.
Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the agreement between DRC and the relevant union agreement. This is contractually a national position for which local Danish terms and conditions apply
