➡️ Duration: 3 months (renewable)

The position is only open to nationals or residents with a legal permit/ID to work in Jerusalem.

What will you do in this position? 

The Technology (TEC) Unit manages ICT assets, inventory, and warehouse operations across WFP Palestine locations (Jerusalem, West Bank, Gaza, and Amman).

To ensure accurate asset tracking, stock management, and operational efficiency, TEC requires an Inventory Helper (L3) to support inventory activities, documentation, and physical stock handling.

How can you make a difference?

Under the supervision of the IT Operations Assistant and the overall authority of the IT Operations Officer, the job holder will:

  • Support TEC Inventory Operation
  • Perform Stock Handling & Storage
  • Support receipt, dispatch, and transfer of ICT equipment
  • Documentation & Reporting of TEC Stock and Transactions
  • TEC Stock Incident & Quality Reporting
  • System support; using inventory systems (SharePoint / Power Apps / barcode scanning tools)
  • General TEC Storage support; and assist in ICT asset tagging and deployment preparation

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

EDUCATION:

Completion of secondary school education. Diploma in IT, Logistics, or related field is desirable

EXPERIENCE:

  • Three or more years of experience in inventory management, warehouse support, or logistics
  • Experience in ICT inventory is an advantage

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, SharePoint systems)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle physical stock
  • Good organizational and reporting skills

LANGUAGES:

Fluency in English and Arabic languages
