The country programme aims to ensure that all interventions are marketsensitive, integrating Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) and marketbased approaches where appropriate. NRC Nigeria has extensive experience in marketbased programming across core competencies, including livelihoods, protection, shelter, and multipurpose cash assistance under the Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM).

The Country Programme aims to scale up the use of CVA and strengthen digital delivery systems, while exploring additional technologies suited to the operational context.
