FINALIDAD DEL PUESTO:
Brindar apoyo integral a la Unidad de Comunicaciones en la gestión, diseño y producción de contenido digital y audiovisual, así como en la formulación de propuestas creativas y soporte en actividades de visibilidad. Todo esto con el objetivo de posicionar, documentar y difundir de manera efectiva el impacto del mandato del Programa Mundial de Alimentos de “Salvar Vidas y Cambiar Vidas” en El Salvador.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
Bajo la supervisión directa de la Asistente Superior de Comunicaciones, el/la persona llevará a cabo las siguientes tareas:
Contenido digital y analítica:
- Generar, programar y publicar contenidos dinámicos y de alto impacto para las plataformas digitales oficiales de la Oficina de País de WFP El Salvador, así como para la cuenta institucional del Representante.
- Elaborar informes métricos mensuales sobre el rendimiento de las redes sociales para medir el alcance y engagement de las publicaciones.
- Proponer ideas innovadoras de marketing digital y participar activamente en el diseño, desarrollo y adaptación de campañas globales y regionales adaptadas al contexto salvadoreño.
Producción audiovisual y cobertura en terreno
- Colaborar en el diseño gráfico y en la preproducción, grabación y edición de videos institucionales para los diferentes proyectos y productos de comunicación de WFP.
- Brindar soporte en la cobertura de eventos oficiales y visitas de campo mediante el levantamiento de material audiovisual de alta calidad (fotografía y video), con total disponibilidad para realizar misiones y desplazamientos al interior del país.
Soporte editorial y operativo
- Redactar y editar documentos institucionales, notas y materiales informativos con un estándar excelente tanto en español como en inglés; asimismo, realizar traducciones entre ambos idiomas.
- Asistir en procesos operativos, administrativos y logísticos diarios de la Unidad de Comunicaciones.
- Atender y canalizar una gran variedad de consultas internas y externas, asegurando un espíritu de servicio y resolución ante peticiones de apoyo imprevistas.
EXPERIENCIA DESEABLE PARA DESEMPEÑAR ESTA FUNCIÓN:
- Graduado o egresado del área de diseño gráfico, comunicaciones u otras carreras afines.
- Experiencia en el manejo y generación de contenido para redes sociales (copys, posteos, dinámicas, campañas, etc).
- Excelente redacción y ortografía.
- Buen manejo (comprobable) de programas de diseño como Adobe Photoshop, InDesign e Illustrator y de edición de videos y fotos como Premier, After Effects, Audition y Lightroom.
- Habilidad para comunicar información e ideas de manera creativa.
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera organizada, cumpliendo los plazos establecidos.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y en un ambiente culturalmente diverso.
- Idiomas: Dominio del idioma español y nivel intermedio del idioma inglés.
