Post Summary
The incumbent supports J6 in its role as Senior Requirements Owner for cyberspace capabilities. The post is responsible for managing J6 pilot projects related to CIS capability delivery and ensuring effective coordination with NCIA, FINAC, and other ACO stakeholders.
Principal Duties
Manage J6 pilot projects within the Cyberspace Service Delivery Management Office.
Support the ORT lead and subject‑matter experts.
Document operational requirements and maintain business cases.
Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
Develop project schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
Monitor budget execution and track progress.
Contribute to acquisition processes in coordination with FINAC.
Establish and maintain risk management plans.
Coordinate vendor and third‑party involvement.
Liaise with NCIA on system integration activities.
Define KPIs, SLAs, and reporting structures.
Manage stakeholder expectations and report to governance bodies.
Organize user acceptance testing and support deployment.
Monitor incidents and ensure SLA compliance.
Capture lessons learned and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years of project management experience for large‑scale, multi‑site projects (≥ 500k€).
Experience in cyberspace‑related organisations.
Experience in risk assessment and risk management.
Experience in one or more of the following: SATCOM, ICT asset management, datacenter activities, ICT resilience.
Experience in vendor and third‑party management.
Education/Training
University degree in a relevant field (MIS, engineering, business administration, information science, etc.) ; or
Higher secondary education with advanced vocational training and 3 years post‑related plus 2 years function‑related experience.
Languages
English: SLP 3333.
Security Clearance
NATO Secret.
ADP Skills
Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, and email/web tools.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in a multinational or military environment.
Project management certifications (AGILE, PRINCE2, etc.).
Experience with acquisition processes (procurement, bids, negotiations).
Additional Information
Occasional travel may be required.
Extended working hours may be necessary during periods of high activity.
Work is performed in a standard office environment.
WHAT WE OFFER
· 38 hours per week schedule;
· 2.5 paid days of leave per month worked;

· Salary: the remuneration of temporary personnel will be specified in their contracts. It is exempt from taxation in the Host Nation.
· Benefits package: temporary personnel are covered by a benefits package which consists of an additional sum of 12% of basic salary for pension purposes basic medical and accident insurance provided under the NATO Group insurance contract (death and invalidity). The total premium for the medical and accident coverage in 2025 will be at 2.57% of the temporary staff member’s salary (2.32% for the medical benefits and 0.25% for accident), payable 1/3 by the temporary personnel and 2/3 by the Organisation”.
· For staff eligible under NATO rules, there is also a dependent child allowance and coverage for dependent children for medical benefits.
