Job Overview/Summary: The Information Management Manager will play a central role in managing IRC's data, analysis, and reporting functions. Ensure timely, secure, and actionable information flows between communities and decision makers at the agency and collective levels, tracking actions in response to community insight.

This position is only opened for Myanmar National candidates. 

Major Responsibilities: The Information Management Manager will report directly to the Senior Project Manager.

  • Maintain and update digital tools for community data submitted by partners, as well as the central database and customer relationship management tool for the inter-agency community feedback mechanism.

  • Develop and apply standard data cleaning and coding processes.

  • Produce regular reports and visual dashboards highlighting key trends, concerns, and recommendations.

  • Support development and refinement of data collection tools, templates, and taxonomies in line with IASC standards.

  • Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all data handling.

  • Provide technical support and training to partners on data entry, tool usage, and information flows.

  • Collaborate with communication, protection, and monitoring teams to ensure triangulation and use of data.

  • Support the liaison with clusters/sectors and the ICCG/HCT to share relevant analysis that supports accountability and program adaptation.

  • Contribute documentation of lessons learned and good practices in collective accountability data management.

  • Any other task as reasonably required.

What should you have?

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree or certified diploma in communications, social science, international development, law, international studies, human rights, political science, public administration, electronic engineering or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of two - three years of progressively responsible work experience in humanitarian and development work at the field level is essential.

  • The candidate should possess an understanding of and a strong background in gender, protection, and Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) and disability inclusion in humanitarian action, with demonstrated skills in advocacy, negotiation, interpersonal relations, and networking.

  • Prior experience in facilitating workshops is advantageous.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of the humanitarian and development architecture within Myanmar.

  • Experience in protection and accountability to affected populations, including disability inclusion, data protection, and conflict sensitivity.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and capacity-building experience.

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Strong commitment to confidentiality, humanitarian principles, and accountability to affected populations.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams).

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Quirkos, Tableau, Power BI, and CRM databases such as Zendesk and SugarCRM;

  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a professional manner while meeting targets in high-pressure environment.

Language Skills:

  • English: Professional working proficiency (both written and verbal communication).

  • Burmese: Proficiency (both written and verbal communication).

  • Others: Proficiency in other ethnic languages is preferable.

Working Environment: The Position will be based in Yangon, Myanmar with less than 20% of travel to the different locations in Myanmar.
