PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS - LISTE CONSOLIDÉE :

1. Répondre aux questions générales du personnel relatives aux ressources humaines, fournir des orientations pratiques sur les politiques, procédures, prestations et systèmes RH, et assurer le suivi des actions engagées afin de garantir des services RH cohérents, efficaces et orientés client.

2. Appuyer les principaux processus RH, notamment le recrutement et la sélection, l'intégration des nouveaux membres du personnel, la préparation des contrats, les mutations, les formations et la gestion administrative des dossiers, conformément aux processus et procédures applicables.

3. Assurer la liaison avec les unités et bureaux internes concernés sur les questions RH et administratives, notamment la paie, les contrats, les ajustements salariaux, les prestations et les échéances liées à la performance, afin de garantir un traitement efficace et en temps voulu des dossiers du personnel.

4. Fournir un appui spécifique au personnel sur les questions liées au bien-être, aux assurances et aux évacuations médicales, en coordination avec les unités compétentes et conformément aux procédures applicables, afin de contribuer à une prise en charge appropriée et à une expérience employé positive.

5. Collecter, vérifier, consolider et analyser les données RH relatives au recrutement, aux contrats, aux prestations, aux évaluations de performance, aux formations et autres obligations RH, afin de répondre aux besoins d'information, de reporting et de prise de décision.

6. Gérer et mettre à jour les dossiers confidentiels du personnel, les bases de données, les archives et les systèmes de gestion RH, en veillant à l'exactitude, à la confidentialité, à la traçabilité et à la conservation appropriée des informations conformément aux normes établies.

7. Rédiger, vérifier et assurer le suivi des documents RH nécessaires au domaine d'activité concerné, notamment les contrats d'emploi, lettres de mutation, documents de formation, rapports simples, correspondances administratives et autres documents officiels, en garantissant leur exactitude et le respect des délais.
