  • Can communicate ideas clearly, whether documenting your work or discussing observations with the team.
  • Are excited to learn new digital tools and enjoy discovering how new technologies can support people in the organization.
  • Take various perspectives to the same problem, thinking about how different users might experience a system.
  • Take initiative, enjoy working independently, and be comfortable asking for help when needed.
  • Genuinely interested and highly efficient with the use of AI tools (e.g. Chat GPT, MS Copilot)

  • Help design and execute various test scenarios that reflect how different users, such as employees, managers, HR colleagues, and administrators, will use the systems.
  • Explore how the system works, identify issues, unexpected behavior, improvement opportunities, and share your observations with project team.
  • Compare system functionality with HR policies and business processes to help ensure they align and work as intended.
