About this position

We are looking for a professional who will be working in the Information Technology and Analytics Division (ITA) as an Integrations Platform Solutions Consultant. As an Integrations Platform Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible and accountable for the implementation and configuration of tools and platforms that will support the planning, development and operations of integrations.

You will work in Cloud and Integrations team,  within the Information Technology and Analytics (ITA) team. This team is responsible for support technology teams with infrastructure, tools, and standards for development in cloud environment and integrations solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Implement the Integrations Scale-Up initiative end-to-end, being responsible and accountable for its planning, execution and success, driving the transition from a centralized integrations team to a self-service, platform-enabled operating model.
  • Act as the technical lead for the initiative: define the technical direction, architecture and requirements, and make hands-on design and implementation decisions across the platform-engineering and governance workstreams.
  • Implement and configure, hands-on, the integration tools and platforms, including but not limited to, API Management, Developer Portal, API Center, IaC modules, CI/CD pipeline templates, policy-as-code, governance and security enforcement.
  • Plan and manage the project across parallel workstreams (Platform Engineering & Self-Service and Standards, Governance & Adoption), managing scope, schedule, backlog, milestones, dependencies and risks.
  • Coordinate, guide and manage the supporting team and augmenting resources, assigning and prioritizing their work, reviewing their deliverables, and ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to standards.
  • Evaluate, recommend and select the tools, platforms and components required for the initiative, including proofs-of-concept and CapEx/OpEx and ROI analysis for any new or replacement tooling.
  • Act as the main point of contact with vendors and partners on solution fit and tooling, coordinating the required internal procedures with the Procurement team to enable tool acquisition and contracting.
  • Define and implement the Target Operating Model and the Integration Governance Framework, including RACI, API lifecycle governance, semantic domain modeling (e.g., BIAN), governance enforcement automation and compliance dashboards.
  • Drive adoption, enablement and change management, including knowledge transfer, training, documentation, the Integrations Committee and office hours, and the definition and tracking of platform KPIs.
  • Ensure deliverables are fully implemented, operational and validated in real delivery scenarios, enabling project teams to independently deliver integrations using the platform's templates, self-service tooling and automated governance.

What you'll need

•    Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or similar field. A master’s degree is a plus.

•    Experience: You have at least 2 years of progressive, hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating integration and API management platforms, including platform engineering and DevOps automation, with a proven track record of leading initiatives and coordinating technical teams. You possess hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure integration services, including API Management, API Center, Functions/Logic Apps, Service Bus/Event Grid, and Data Factory, as well as API lifecycle management and governance using a contract-first approach (OpenAPI), policy-as-code, and API linting. You are experienced in Internal Developer Portals, CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub, Infrastructure-as-Code with reusable modules and automation, security best practices such as OAuth2/JWT, zero-trust, least-privilege access, secrets and key management, and observability through logging, metrics, tracing, health checks, and monitoring dashboards. Experience with semantic or domain modeling (e.g., BIAN), MuleSoft Anypoint, Team Topologies, and Atlassian JIRA/Confluence is desirable, while relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer are considered an asset. You also demonstrate strong technical leadership, project and stakeholder management, vendor coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain hands-on while leading teams and being accountable for successful delivery.

•    Languages: Proficiency in English
