Background/Organizational Context The World Bank Group (WBG) Bolivia Country Office (CO) and local Communications and External Relations (CER) team are rapidly expanding the technical and operational support to been support to improve client’s strategic communications within the existing and pipeline WBG portfolio of Bank, IFC and MIGA operations in Bolivia. Within this context, additional support is needed to continue the production and distribution of routine external and internal communications products, periodic external events, and maintaining communications databases and maps.
