L’objectif du poste de Coordinateur Technique Abri est d’assurer un appui technique spécialisé dans la conception, la planification et la mise en œuvre des programmes d’abris et d’infrastructures au Nord-Kivu. Le titulaire du poste veille à la qualité technique de l’ensemble des projets, depuis l’évaluation des besoins jusqu’à la réalisation des travaux, en garantissant le respect des normes humanitaires, des standards de construction, des exigences de sécurité et des procédures organisationnelles. Il contribue au développement de stratégies et d’approches adaptées au contexte, renforce les capacités des équipes opérationnelles et des partenaires, assure le suivi et le contrôle qualité des activités sur le terrain, et fournit des orientations techniques afin d’optimiser l’impact, la durabilité et la conformité des interventions en faveur des populations affectées.
