Responsibilities:

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical and functional specifications, training materials, test scripts, and meeting/issue logs.

• Testing: Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT); prepare test cases and test data; execute test scripts; record, track, and verify defects and fixes.

• DevOps Support: Assist with build, deployment, release, and environment management activities; support version control, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and backup/restore routines under supervision.

• General ERP Support: Provide first-level user support, data entry and data cleansing, troubleshooting, and follow-up on helpdesk tickets; support rollout, training sessions, and change management activities.

• Software Development: Programming, customization, and extension of ERP modules; coding standards and development lifecycle practices.

• Data and Analytics: Data management, reporting, dashboards, business intelligence tools, and data quality assurance.

• ERP Administration: Technical administration of the ERP platform, including user and role management, patching, performance tuning, and integrations.

• ERP Functional Administration: Configuration and support of functional modules (e.g., finance, HR, procurement, supply chain), business process mapping, and end-user support.

• System Administration: Server, database, network, and operating system administration; security, backup, and disaster recovery practices

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student/recent graduate) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Administration or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, databases, programming, or IT operations; prior exposure to ERP projects is an advantage.

• Strong willingness to learn, flexibility to take on varied tasks, and ability to work under supervision and in teams.

• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills; proficiency in standard office tools.

• High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to confidentiality of organizational data
