Role: Extracurricular Internship - HR Generalist

Objective
The intern will join the Human Resources Department, supporting activities related to personnel management, including talent attraction and acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training and development.
Main activities
The intern will support and take part in the Department's activities and projects. Through on-the-job training, they will be involved in the following tasks:
Recruitment & Selection (HQ and abroad)
- Support in drafting/revising job descriptions;
- Publishing job vacancies;
- CV screening;
- Scheduling tests and interviews;
- Participation in interviews;
Onboarding
- Support in organizing and monitoring onboarding activities for expatriate staff and staff in Italy;
- Support in collecting training needs and scheduling induction sessions;
Training and Evaluation
- Monitoring the Foundation's staff performance evaluation process, including support in collecting and organizing evaluation forms;
- Collecting training needs from the various departments and HQ areas;
- Support in the logistical organization of training courses (calendar planning, booking rooms/platforms, sending communications to participants);
- Preparing and updating training materials and activity reports;
- Support in monitoring participation and collecting post-training feedback;
- Updating and archiving documentation related to training and evaluation processes in the HR department's internal databases.
Requirements
Qualifications and knowledge:
- Degree/Master's in humanities/scientific/economics/HR management fields;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite;
- Knowledge of written and spoken English.
Skills and abilities:
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Professional interest in International Cooperation (NGOs) and the Third Sector in general;
