This role will work hand-in-hand

Role objectives

1. Maintain and update the project implementation tracker

The project implementation plan shall be maintained and updated on a daily basis. The postholder will monitor progress, update the tracker as required, coordinate with relevant team members, and promptly alert the supervisor to any actual or anticipated delays.. The implementation plan runs from July 26 to end of July 27.

Using the ALP master plan as the primary planning tool, coordinate with relevant team members to ensure that all related activities are planned and implemented in alignment with the overall ALP schedule.

During the peak implementation period (July–August), support the coordination of up to eight parallel training halls operating six days per week. Subsequently, coordinate logistics for two-week training blocks serving more than 2,000 participants per cycle.

Ensure that designated training venues are fully prepared and functional for each training session, including the availability of electricity, internet connectivity, projectors, training materials, and other required supplies.
