Introduction
The successful applicant will be requested to perform the following main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of civil society organisations database using public tools (e.g. Excel), ensuring accuracy, consistency and regular updates.
- Assist in mapping and profiling civil society organisations and other relevant stakeholders engaged with the EUDA.
- Contribute to the organisation and structuring of data related to stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, consultations and platform participation.
- Support the preparation of analytical summaries and visualisations based on database content to inform internal reporting and decision-making.
- Assist in ensuring data quality, including cleaning, verification and standardisation of information collected from multiple sources.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of database structures and tools to enhance usability and efficiency.

Eligibility requirements:
- Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union, Norway or Türkiye.
- Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by the applicable laws concerning military service.
- Be physically fit to perform the duties of the post.
- Have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
- Have obtained the most recent higher education degree (graduate, postgraduate or doctoral) no more than three years before the deadline for applications.
- Have a thorough knowledge of oral and written English.
General selection requirements:
- Digital and technical curiosity.
- Good command of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaborative platforms (SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience using AI or curiosity towards AI-enabled optimisation (not necessarily technical development, but applied use).

Profile-specific selection requirements:
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools (e.g. Excel) for database creation, management and analysis.
- Basic knowledge of data organisation, cleaning and standardisation techniques.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools and the ability to present information in a clear and structured manner.
- Experience in handling information from multiple sources and consolidating it into coherent datasets.
