Introduction
The successful applicant will be requested to perform the following main tasks and responsibilities:
Support the implementation of the Internal Communication Strategy and the People and Culture workstream of the Organisational Development Plan by creating engaging internal communication, supporting employee engagement initiatives and contributing to learning and organisational development across the agency.
- Create engaging content for the intranet, email, presentations and other internal communication channels.
- Support the development of communication campaigns, storytelling and messaging for HR initiatives and organisational change.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of learning, training and facilitation materials.
- Support employee engagement, well-being and recognition initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and communication of internal events, workshops and staff activities.
- Support the implementation and continuous development of the Internal Communication Strategy and the 2027 Action Plan.
- Collect and analyse internal communication metrics and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across HRMS, Communication, ICT and Administration to help deliver a consistent and engaging employee experience.

Eligibility requirements:
- Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union, Norway or Türkiye.
- Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by the applicable laws concerning military service.
- Be physically fit to perform the duties of the post.
- Have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
- Have obtained the most recent higher education degree (graduate, postgraduate or doctoral) no more than three years before the deadline for applications.
- Have a thorough knowledge of oral and written English.
General selection requirements:
- Digital and technical curiosity.
- Good command of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaborative platforms (SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience using AI or curiosity towards AI-enabled optimisation (not necessarily technical development, but applied use).

Profile-specific selection requirements:
- A university degree in communication, marketing or human resources management.

- Proficiency in presentation tools and design logic.
- Organisational skills.
- Strong communication and visual storytelling ability.
- Creativity combined with discipline in execution.
- Strong interpersonal awareness and service orientation.
