About the job:
Based in Brussels, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join Finance that is responsible to the General Manager and the NCIA Supervisory Board for all aspects of financial management and related governance for the Agency covering customer funding for services.Finance has the responsibility for customer rates and financial plan preparation, internal budgetary and fiscal activities in addition to embedding financial policy and provision of financial advice across all business and functional areas of the NCIA.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Chief Treasury Specialist who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
·Bank Relations
·Payments Processing
·Payroll and Currency Transfers
·Cash and Liquidity Management

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
·Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 6 years post-related experience.
·Relevant practical experience in financial accounting/treasury
·Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Accountancy Software or Electronic Banking Systems/Tools
·Experience with MS office applications and extensive knowledge of MS Excel
·Fluency in English, both written and spoken
