The Enforcement of Migration Governance and Partnership through a Holistic Methodology (EMPATHY) Project is funded by the European Commission under the Migration Partnership Facility and implemented by ICMPD. The project aims to support the safe and dignified return and sustainable reintegration of irregular migrants from Türkiye, while enhancing the effectiveness, accessibility, and sustainability of the National Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (NAVRR) mechanism.​

The Team Assistant will be seconded to the main beneficiary, the Presidency of Migration Management. The position will report to the Project Officer; however, the Team Assistant will be based at the Presidency of Migration Management in Ankara, Türkiye as seconded staff.​

Advanced level of English is mandatory; proficiency in Turkish as the working language is also required.​
