Job Description
Under the overall supervision of the Programme Coordinator and the direct supervision of the National Project Officer the Senior Project Associate is responsible for supporting the labour market integration of newly arrived migrants by developing and implementing employment-focused activities that promote sustainable inclusion in the local workforce. The incumbent works closely with public institutions, training providers, NGOs and business networks to strengthen pathways to employment, while maintaining accurate programme data and monitoring results. The position also contributes to programme planning, reporting, budget monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and staff guidance to ensure effective, responsive, and labour market-driven integration support for migrants.
