We are looking for a Workplace Applications & SMART IT Associate to lead the implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of workplace applications and SMART IT solutions that support a modern, connected, and productive working environment.

Working across technology and business teams, you will help deliver innovative solutions spanning SaaS applications, ServiceNow, IoT-enabled workplace technologies, meeting room solutions, and smart building integrations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and technology innovation to drive meaningful business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of workplace applications and SaaS solutions, from onboarding through to retirement.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of workplace technologies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business requirements.
  • Partner with business departments to deliver and support SMART IT solutions, including IoT-enabled technologies, smart building systems, and AV/meeting room platforms.
  • Collaborate with architects, security, QA, and engineering teams to design, test, deploy, and support new solutions.
  • Drive workplace technology initiatives and projects, ensuring successful delivery through appropriate governance.
  • Manage technology vendor relationships and application contracts, including renewals and compliance activities.
  • Support application governance processes, including non-standard software requests and ServiceNow workflows.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements, automation opportunities, and enhanced user experiences across workplace technology services.

Need to Have

  • Experience managing enterprise applications or workplace technology platforms throughout their lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of SaaS applications and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with systems integration, APIs, data flows, and platform connectivity.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of workplace technologies such as smart building systems, IoT solutions, workplace experience platforms, or AV/meeting room technologies.
  • Experience working within a structured enterprise IT environment.
  • Familiarity with IT service management practices and tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have

  • ITIL, ServiceNow, Agile, Scrum, Azure, AWS, or Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience with ServiceNow administration, workflows, or integrations.
  • Exposure to automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), or CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with workplace transformation, smart office technologies, or employee experience platforms.
  • Knowledge of identity management, application governance, or enterprise security controls.
  • Experience managing technology vendors and commercial contracts.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform or workflow automation tools.
