Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles - from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and selection.
- Design and publish engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms to reach diverse and international talent pools.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a smooth, transparent, and effective recruitment journey.
- Ensure a positive and respectful candidate experience for every applicant, regardless of the outcome.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in our ATS (Personio).
- Actively support employer branding initiatives, helping position FSC as an employer of choice.
- Plan and develop university partnerships, supporting student outreach, internships, and early-career programs.
- Represent FSC at career fairs and recruitment events, sharing our mission and opportunities with future talent.
Your profile
- You have at least 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting, ideally supported by a degree in HR or a related field.
- You enjoy working in a global, multicultural environment and collaborating with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are comfortable using ATS and sourcing tools, ideally with hands-on experience in Personio and social recruiting.
- You bring a creative mindset, always exploring new and innovative ways to attract and engage talent.
- You are well organized, able to manage multiple hiring processes while staying proactive and positive.
- You are a strong communicator, building trust easily with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Nice to have: Experience in the non-profit, environmental, or sustainability sectors, and a good understanding of DEI-focused hiring practices.

The Fine Print
Location: Bonn, Germany.
Working Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week.
Duration of Employment: 2 years (with a possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance)
Starting Date: As soon as possible.
Travel: Sporadic travel might be required.
