About Global Expertise

Global Expertise is an international research, monitoring, evaluation, learning and advisory organization working with governments, development partners, UN agencies, international and national NGOs, research institutions, foundations and private sector actors.

We support evidence-based programming through research studies, evaluations, assessments, technical assistance, capacity strengthening, learning reviews and proposal development across development, humanitarian and peacebuilding contexts.

As our work continues to expand across countries and regions, Progress Inc. is establishing a Global Consultant Roster of experienced professionals who may be considered for upcoming national, regional and international assignments.

We invite individual consultants to submit an Expression of Interest for inclusion in our consultant database.

Purpose of the Roster

The roster will help Global Expertise identify and engage qualified consultants for future assignments, proposal teams and technical advisory roles. Consultants may be contacted when their profile matches a specific opportunity, technical requirement, country context or client need.

Roster members may be considered for short-term or medium-term assignments, either remotely or in the field. Inclusion in the roster does not guarantee a contract. Any future engagement will be based on a separate Terms of Reference, agreed scope of work, availability, timeline and remuneration.
