UN Tourism offers the most complete source of tourism knowledge

UN Tourism offers more than 1600 electronic publications and 900 tourism data sets on domestic, inbound and outbound tourism for more that 200 countries and territories which are regularly updated. The data sets are available in different formats, for different research needs.

UN Tourism Elibrary

The UN Tourism Elibrary is the largest online collection of publications and statistics in the field of tourism. It contains all of the more tan 1600 UN Tourism publications released to date and more than 900 regularly updated data sets and indicators on inbound (arrivals and overnight stays), outbound and domestic tourism, as well as tourism industries, employment and macroeconomic indicators on tourism. The data sets are available in different formats, for different research needs.

UN Tourism Author Guidelines

The mandatory UN Tourism Author Guidelines are addressed to all those who prepare content on behalf of UN Tourism, such as consultants, experts or employees. They give answers and solutions on how to prepare UN Tourism manuscripts or texts, on how to build and structure them, on how to use country names in a correct way or on how to deal with measures. They offer guidance on how to present tables and graphs or other additional elements such as pictures or logos, and help in referencing correctly, among many other editorial and publishing queries that usually come up.

The handbook includes useful examples for the most common questions authors might have.
