Job Description
The Quantitative Genetics & Genomics Breeder will support CCCAP's scientific research work in China, including breeding and related research, and contribute to the development and implementation of scientific research projects.
Requirements
Published SCI papers in relevant fields.
Nationality from a Belt and Road Initiative co-building country or other developing country.
Work experience in the above-mentioned countries and engagement in scientific research work or research on science and technology policies.
Doctoral degree or more than five years of scientific research work experience.
Relatively high scientific research level or potential.
Under 45 years of age, calculated as of the date of applying for the job position, and in good health.
Good English or excellent Chinese language communication skills.
Able to work full-time in China.
Able to comply with Chinese laws, regulations and other relevant rules.
Research background in agronomy, genetics, molecular biology, plant protection, etc. Candidates with potato research experience are preferred and should be willing to communicate.
