About the role:
We are looking for a full-stack developer with a focus on building interactive websites and an interest in the NGO sector. A successful candidate will learn about our ambitious project and work closely with the founder to develop a crucial part of our product by implementing an interactive website in Webflow based on an existing Figma prototype.
Main responsibilities:

Developing a custom-coded 3D globe with interactive elements to be placed into a Webflow page.

Managing and configuring the areas of the globe and the data that is associated with them

Collaborating with other developers and non-technical team members
Minimum requirements:

5 hrs/week availability

Working knowledge of Figma

Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript

Back-end development experience familiarity with servers and APIs

Available portfolio of previous work
Nice to haves:

3D mapping experience

Familiarity with GeoJSON, MapLibre/Globe.gl

Experience with Webflow
What you can expect:
You can expect support from a diverse Atlas team with expertise in multiple areas and a flexible working schedule. Our previous developer will be available for questions, and there is a Webflow specialist on the team who will support the website building process. As you work with us you may also learn about other parts of the project if you choose to be more involved. In addition to the experience and the volunteer status, we will encourage adding the completed project to your portfolio.
What we expect from you:
You will focus on implementing an existing Figma prototype into reality using Webflow. Updates and changes are possible, and we expect reliable communication during our cooperation. You will familiarize yourself with the overall idea of the project, the prototype, and be proactive about resolving challenges that may arise along the way.
