About the Role

Bodhi Global Analysis has expanded its business into the East Africa region and registered a branch in Tanzania.  We are looking for a registered Accountant or Company secretary to handle matters with Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA).

The consultant will be engaged either on a retainer or on compensation per project assigned.

Key responsibilities

  • File annual returns with the Business Registrations and Licensing Agency.
  • File tax returns with Tanzania Revenue Authority
  • Maintain business address as may be required by BRELA and TRA

Qualifications and experience;

  • A registered Accountant (CPA-T) or Company Secretary
  • A Tanzanian citizen residing in Tanzania.
  • Five years’ experience in handling tax and secretarial matters and related regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
