Internship Assignment 
The Intern will support the DIT Technology Business Partner Team within OCOO by contributing to technology business partnering, IT project and portfolio delivery, and digital transformation initiatives, while gaining practical exposure to enterprise architecture, enterprise applications, and emerging AI technologies.

Under the overall guidance of the designated primary and alternate supervisors within the DIT Technology Business Partner Team, the Intern is expected to:

a)    Support Technology Business Partner initiatives by analyzing business needs, identifying technology opportunities, contributing to solution design discussions, and enabling effective collaboration between business and technology stakeholders.
b)    Contribute to IT project and portfolio delivery by supporting planning, tracking progress, assessing risks and dependencies, developing insights, and helping drive successful execution of digital, data, application, and infrastructure initiatives.
c)    Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance productivity and decision-making by assisting with research, requirements analysis, content generation, reporting, knowledge management, workflow automation, data extraction, and the creation of dashboards and actionable insights.
d)    Gain hands-on experience in technology business partnering, enterprise architecture, project delivery, enterprise applications, digital transformation, and emerging AI technologies through active participation in strategic technology initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.

Requirements and qualifications

a)    Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s programme in business administration, project management, information systems, computer science, software engineering, or a related field;
b)    Interest in project coordination, technology business partnering, and digital transformation;
c)    Ability to support meetings, action tracking, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up;
d)    Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills;
e)    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, and digital productivity tools;
f)    Practical experience or interest in AI-enabled productivity tools, generative AI, data analysis, automation, prompt engineering, and the responsible use of AI to support research, reporting, workflow improvement, and decision-making;
g)    Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other United Nations languages is an advantage.
