POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior Finance and Accounting Officer, the Reporting & Analytics Associate supports the integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of financial and management reporting through development, governance, and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics solutions. The Associate works collaboratively with Finance stakeholders, Technology Services and ERP units, and service providers to translate business requirements into practical Reporting and Analytics solutions that improve accessibility, reliability, and usability of organizational information. The position supports the integration of financial and non-financial data, enhances self-service reporting capabilities, and supports established data governance and reporting standards. The Associate contributes to evidence-based decision-making through timely, accurate, and actionable management information, working within established reporting and analytics frameworks and applying agreed methodologies, standards, and approaches.
PURPOSE
- Contributes to the integrity, reliability, and effective use of management information across the organization by ensuring consistent reporting processes, quality data, and scalable analytics solutions.
- Supports improved visibility of organizational performance and strengthens linkages between financial results and operational outcomes through the integration of financial, operational, project, procurement, and other corporate data, in line with established reporting frameworks and data structures.
- Maintains and improves reporting datasets, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions that support management oversight and organizational performance monitoring
- Promotes reporting standardization, in line with agreed governance standards, self-service analytics, and reporting automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual reporting effort, and support informed decision-making across GGGI
ENGAGEMENT
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements, reporting needs and data challenges, and translate these into practical solutions and report products, applying agreed methodologies and reporting standards,
- Works closely with data, technology and system teams to support data integration, Microsoft Fabric migration, data modeling activities, reporting governance and resolution of data quality issues.
- Liaises with internal and external service providers, including BI and technology vendors, to communicate requirements, review deliverables, identify issues and support timely resolution.
- Promotes effective use of report solutions through the development of appropriate guidance materials, user support, training materials, and knowledge-sharing sessions for users.
- Coordinates the compilation and dissemination of appropriate insights and other important updates from the department.
DELIVERY
- Support the transformation, structuring and modelling of financial and operational data from relevant source systems into reliable datasets suitable for analysis, reporting and visualization.
- Develop, maintain and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to provide accurate, timely and actionable financial information for management decision-making.
- Support the migration and integration of financial and historical data into Microsoft Fabric, including data validation and post-migration verification.
- Maintain appropriate technical and process documentation, including data sources, data models, calculation logic, dashboard manuals, migration records, and handover procedures to support business continuity and knowledge transfer.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, financial reporting, management information or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing or supporting Power BI dashboards and reports, including data visualization and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power Query and DAX.
- Experience working with financial or business data, including data validation, reconciliation or data quality checks.
- Familiarity with relevant business and data systems, including ERP systems, Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Experience in an international, multicultural or multi-country working environment is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports in response to business and management reporting requirements.

- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Power Automate to automate recurring reporting, notification, approval or data-related workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Ability to communicate technical and analytical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to learn and apply emerging BI and data technologies, including Microsoft Fabric.
