ANAPRI seeks a high-calibre, self-constituted team of complementary experts to design a practical global and Africa-based resource mobilization and sustainability architecture appropriate to the Network's evolving mandate and institutional ambitions.

The assignment should help ANAPRI determine:

  • Where should ANAPRI's future resources come from?

  • Which financing institutions and strategic partners should ANAPRI prioritise, and why?

  • What are the concrete entry points and engagement pathways into these institutions?

  • What propositions should ANAPRI take to different financing and partnership constituencies?

  • What viable revenue models can complement traditional grant financing?

  • How can ANAPRI mobilise its continental network and analytical capabilities more effectively in developing these partnerships?

  • What systems, responsibilities and capabilities are required to turn resource mobilization into a sustained institutional function?

This is not a grant-writing assignment, donor-mapping exercise or generic resource mobilization strategy.

ANAPRI expects the assignment to move from analysis to specific opportunities, institutional targets, engagement pathways, financing propositions, revenue models and an actionable pipeline.

The final outputs must be sufficiently practical to guide decisions and actions by ANAPRI's Management, Member Centers and Board.
