We are looking for an exceptionally capable Head of Delivery to join our team. This is a role for someone who is brilliant at making things happen.
You will operate at the centre of the company’s day-to-day, ensuring that projects move forward with purpose, commitments are delivered, results are achieved, clients are cared for, information held is accurate, risks are identified early, problems are solved positively, people are working diligently, and nothing important falls through the cracks.
You will work closely with the COO to translate strategic direction into organised, disciplined, and effective execution.
We are looking for someone who can take a strategy, understand what it is trying to achieve, turn it into a practical delivery plan, get the team moving, keep everyone accountable, and drive through to an excellent result.
