Last Mile Health is inviting experienced consulting firms to submit proposals for the provision of a Leader Development Learning Program. The purpose of this program is to strengthen individual leadership capacity and improve overall team effectiveness for our leaders across Last Mile Health.

The engagement spans a two-year period, combining virtual training sessions and co-led peer learning groups for approximately 50–60 organizational leaders.
