A PROPOS DU PAM
Le Programme alimentaire mondial des Nations Unies (PAM) est la plus grande agence humanitaire qui lutte contre la faim dans le monde.
La mission du PAM est d'aider le monde à atteindre l’objectif Faim Zéro d’ici 2030. Chaque jour, le PAM travaille pour s'assurer que les populations les plus vulnérables, en particulier les femmes et les enfants, puissent avoir accès aux aliments nutritifs dont ils ont besoin pour mener une vie productive et saine.
CONTEXTE ET OBJET DE LA MISSION
Le Programme alimentaire mondial (PAM) au Sénégal, recherche des transcripteurs dans les langues locales Wolof, Pulaar, Diola, Mandingue et en Français dans le cadre d’une évaluation du projet Salouma financé par la Fondation MasterCard. La collecte des données audio est déjà réalisée. Au total, il s’agit de 137 audios répartis comme suit :
97 audios enregistrés en wolof (dont 2 en wolof et français)
18 audios enregistrés en français
15 audios enregistrés en diola (dont 1 en wolof et diola)
6 audios enregistrés en wolof et pulaar
1 audio enregistré en wolof et mandingue
Les audios durent en moyenne 01h02mn (minimum 22mn, maximum 1h38mn)
ATTRIBUTIONS SPECIFIQUES :
Le rôle principal des transcripteurs est de transcrire les audios dans leurs langues locales puis les traduire en français. Les prestataires signeront un protocole de confidentialité des données. Ils travailleront uniquement sur un fichier Sharepoint que le PAM mettra à leur disposition et qui sera écrasé à la fin de la mission. Ils travailleront à distance à la suite de la réunion de cadrage qui pourrait se tenir en présentiel. Ils utiliseront leurs propres outils pour effectuer le travail. La durée maximale de travail est de 10 jours variable en fonction des besoins.
Les principales responsabilités sont les suivants :
Transcrire les audios dans leurs langues d’origine (wolof, pulaar, diola, mandingue, français) dans Microsoft Word
Traduire chaque transcription en français dans Microsoft Word
Envoyer les documents transcrits et traduits au PAM
· QUALIFICATION & NIVEAU D’EXPERIENCE REQUIS :
Avoir au minimum un diplôme de niveau secondaire ou baccalauréat.
Le diplôme d’études universitaire serait un atout.
Parler et écrire couramment le français
Avoir une maitrise d’au moins d’une des langues parlées telles que le Wolof, Pulaar, Diola ou Mandingue
Une expérience avec les organisations des nations unies ou les ONG de développement est un atout.
Les candidats doivent préciser les langues locales (parmi Wolof, Pulaar, Diola, Mandingue) pour lesquelles ils ont l’expérience et une parfaite maitrise des techniques de transcription.
