  • Partner with Procurement, Contract & Vendor Management, Finance and Technology teams to support effective software governance and licence management.
  • Contribute to dashboards, reporting, data quality improvements and process documentation that enable informed decision-making on software compliance, utilisation, costs and risk management.

What we're looking for

Must have

  • Understanding of Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and software asset lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro or a comparable Software Asset Management platform.
  • Knowledge of software licensing concepts, entitlement management, compliance controls and licence reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with major software publishers and licensing models, such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe and other enterprise vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret inventory, entitlement, contract and usage data.
  • Good Excel, reporting and data analysis skills, with the ability to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting software audits, compliance assessments or optimisation programmes.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices, Agile ways of working and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Relevant ServiceNow, SAM, ITAM or ITIL certifications.
