Background
The vacancy is open only to persons with the citizenship of or permanent residence in the Republic of Serbia.
The OSCE Mission to Serbia’s Fund Administration Unit is establishing a Roster of candidates for temporary Driver assignments, to be engaged under a Letter of Appointment (Daily Staff) and remunerated on an hourly basis. Candidates successfully placed on the Roster may be offered a Letter of Appointment depending on the Mission’s operational driving needs; inclusion on the roster does not guarantee an offer of employment.
Due to evolving staffing requirements within the Transportation Unit and an increased demand for transportation services, the OSCE Mission in Serbia seeks to recruit additional roster drivers to ensure the timely, reliable and efficient provision of transportation support to the Mission’s activities. The additional capacity will help maintain operational continuity, accommodate fluctuating transportation needs and ensure the availability of drivers to support the effective implementation of the Mission’s mandate.
The OSCE Gender Action Plan aims to increase the representation of female staff in all areas of the OSCE’s work. Women are currently underrepresented in logistics and transport positions. Female candidates are therefore strongly encouraged to apply.
