How we work
Local everywhere we work
When the people closest to a crisis lead, their solutions are stronger. 95% of us are from the communities we serve. We back them—with everything we've got.
Built for the long haul
We do two jobs at once: meet the emergency and build for the long term. In 30+ countries, we work shoulder to shoulder with local changemakers—growing the businesses, food systems, and skills that turn a hard moment into lasting progress.
