HR/Learning & Development Specialist

We are looking for someone who will:
 Advise and support employees and managers

  • Partner with a specific department at IO to advise both employees and managers on all aspects of employment including salary, benefits, employment law, collective agreements, training & development
  • Administer all HR-related data and processes related to the above
  • Ensure accuracy of employee records (electronic and manual)

Manage the Learning & Development Function

  • Research L&D providers, implement, monitor and oversee operational L&D activities at IO, including the budget
  • Support an organisational change/transformation process with systemic L&D expertise
  • Support the bi-annual employee satisfaction survey
  • Manage the annual performance management process
  • Prepare L&D statistics for management reporting

We are looking for someone who has: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Advisor/Officer position with focus on systemic L&D, preferably in a multinational corporation or an international not-for-profit organisation and in supporting a transformation/change process.

  • In depth knowledge and experience of management practices and processes
  • Knowledge of AVR or similar tariff pay scale systems advantageous
  • Professional proficiency in German and in English
  • Advanced user of MS Office
  •  Skills in MS Dynamics NAV (advantageous)
  • Experience of learning management systems (advantageous)
  • Lived experience of a disability (advantageous)
