Location: Vienna, Austria

Mission

The business analyst supports the Federation in its efforts to create and introduce digital mass servicing of sponsorships on a worldwide level. S/he plays a particularly vital role in the successful development of a digital content platform for international sponsorships.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Requirements design for a digital content platform (CMS, DAM and/or custom)
  • Lead the agile development of the system (executed by a partner agency)
  • Ensure integration with central databases
  • Lead the implementation of the digital platform in stages (final stage of over 100 countries)
  • Attend to change requests, error management and 2nd level support
  • Consultancy in other projects testing digital fundraising opportunities
  • Drive further technical development of the digital content platform and associated systems

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the related digital field (DAM, CMS)
  • Degree in IT - business analytics, requirement engineering or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as communication skills
  • IT project management skills and/or scrum experience
  • Full working knowledge of English; German language skills an absolute asset
  • EU citizenship and/or Austrian working permit
