GGGI works with countries around the world, building their capacity and working collaboratively on green growth policies that can impact the lives of millions. The organization partners with countries, multilateral institutions, government bodies, and private sector to help build economies that grow strongly and are more efficient and sustainable in the use of natural resources, less carbon intensive, and more resilient to climate change.
GGGI supports stakeholders through complementary and integrated workstreams – Green Growth Planning & Implementation and Knowledge Solutions – that deliver comprehensive products designed to assist in developing, financing, and mainstreaming green growth in national economic development plans.
Scope of Work:
- Calculate and report of exceeded mobile phone charges since January 2017.
- Advise concerned staff of their exceeded mobile phone charges.
- Raise the appropriate staff deduction request in “3giConnect” ERP system.
- Work with the ERP and ICT Team on how to automate the tasks.
- Review/update expense items charged to correct Chart of Accounts and/or Project Code.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Head of Technology Services.
Qualifications/Experience/Expertise
- Minimum 1-2 years finance experience especially in Accounts Payable
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or data entry experience
- Commercial experience - preferred
- Above average English communication skills and great attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and technically savvy personality to pick up new systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
