The purpose of the Electronic Archive Assistant position is to support all departments with scanning and filing of documentation.
Job description
- Adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines
- Assist with the implementation of the support function portfolio according to plan of action
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by management
- Ensure proper filing of documents
- Promote and share ideas for improvement of the support function
- Ensure that records are properly stored, safe-guarded and available for reference by authorized staff members
- Ensure registries for electronic archives are updated and that all documents are referenced according to existing system (financial, logistics, etc.)
- Actively promote compliance and coherence in the archiving of electronic documentation
Qualifications
- Experience from working as a secretary or in archiving
- Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
- Knowledge of Greek and/or English
- Excellent command of Office package
- Basic knowledge of scanning parameters
